I highly recommend Greg from The Garage Door Depot! He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient but at the same time provides great customer service. My builder installed door was not properly installed years ago and wss out of builders warranty. Greg was able to trouble shoot the problem right away over the phone, and knew exactly what to do and what parts were required. He fit us in right away the next day, and provided a thorough consultation and quote before performing any work. His service included a general tune up of the door to ensure it was in top working order above and beyond the repair itself. Thank you for the quality service!

Neil Durling was outstanding on this emergency service call, at 7:00pm on a Sunday of a long weekend! He identified the reason my a/c wasn't working within seconds of opening the cover plate - it was a faulty part. However, although the a/c unit was under warranty, it wasn't with Reliance - so it would be quite a costly repair, or we would be without cool air during one of the hottest days of the summer. Dissatisfied with both options, I asked Neil if there was anything else he could do. And miraculously he was able to start up the a/c unit manually!! The part still needs to be replaced, but at least now we can comfortably wait for it to be repaired under warranty. It was a pleasure to know Reliance doesn't coach their specialists to push sales on customers, but ensure the best service instead. I'll be calling them in the future for all the heating and cooling needs. Thanks Funace Whisper!
