THis was the biggest waste of time I have ever seen in my life. Paid 140 for a computer they told me they would check for viruses and fix everything. When I give them the computer, they broke it the next day apparently because the "virus" was too strong so they offered me only 100 credit back saying it wasn't their fault. very disappointing.
They did not do a good job at all, very unfriendly and it seemed like one of the guys did not even know how to speak english. We were told that they would have to order parts and it would be additional costs, so we were shocked they never told us that in the free estimate. If you don't wanna get scammed for your money, don't go to rooters!
One of our toilets in our living room had been stuck for weeks, and we had no idea what to do. Waterworks gave us a free estimate and also made sure that we were given the lowest possible price in the market. On the day when they came to fix it, they spent about three hours, were very quiet to not disturb the home and got out ASAP. If you need a toilet fix, call WaterWorks!
