Toni was very knowledgeable and explained to us in detail about our situation. Instead of recommending the more expensive external water-proofing job other companies suggested, he helped us understand how it that could actually damage the structure of our home since it was dug. He educated us on why an internal water proofing job was better for us, even though it's a cheaper job. Still before taking it on he did due diligence to send someone to check out how the benching was done to confirm the job was something he could take and feel confident would help out water issue. Toni was looking out for our best interest. He was also patient, and his crew was considerate and cleaned the place very well when they were done. I would highly recommend Toni, in fact, I already have to another friend :).
