Gregory listened to our needs and wants and helped us select the correct replacement for each window considering functionality and aesthetics. Even with supply chain issues, the ordered windows came in earlier than expected. The removal and replacement of 13 windows was completed in the same day. Things were cleaned up well. There was a follow-up visit, no hassle, when we were unsure about caulking, all is well and good. Everyone was on time for every appointment. Windows look great, hold in heat and keep sound out noticeably better. Really appreciate the updates (how windows open, how to remove screens) that have been made to windows since 1992. New roof and fixed up venting as well as some issues with siding. Such hard workers. Up early, worked late, even in cold weather. Everything went well. I would use them again.
