Ralph did more great work on our residential electrical system. When we came upon another unexpected issue arose, he came right away, explained the problem and even drew diagrams to explain. He is prompt, clean, efficient and provides great service.
General electric upgrades in our home
We had a number of issues with our residential electrical system and were looking for someone to undertake a list of small tasks (double tapped breakers, need GFCI's in baths, defective receptacles, etc.). Ralph responded to our request for his services promptly, and we were able to book a time within a few days. Ralph brought an assistant with him and the two worked steadily and efficiently, working late to finish the job. When a complication arose the next day, Ralph drove downtown from Markham to resolve the issue - no charge. His rates are reasonable and his service is great.
