We replaced all windows in our home last May with Net Cost. The overall experience was just outstanding. Sam came to our home, described the product and installation process in detail and gave us some pointers on choosing the right windows. Sam is knowledgeable, professional and he delivers as promised. The quality of the product shows. We went with black windows and they are gorgeous, super sleek and modern. Without a doubt, an important update for any home and we were happy to have made the right decision when we trusted Sam. The guys came and installed all windows in one day and they cleaned up everywhere. They were careful not to damage our floors or furniture and the finishings were professionally done. Sam came by on the day of the installation to make sure we were happy with the results. Outstanding customer service, from the first phone call, to the day of the visit and most importantly on the day of the installation. The price was fair and reasonable. We actually had expected we would pay more. Customer service is priceless though. We highly recommend Net Cost Windows & Doors.

Terrible service. The lawn looks awful and it has more weeds than when we cared for it ourselves. We need to keep calling for them to come and spray the weeds and they come whenever they want. There is no difference after each visit. It seems they do nothing and last time they were here, they left an invoice for a service we didn't ask for. Dishonest business practice and terrible service. Please don't waste your money. Wish we had read some of the reviews before we signed up with them...
