An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The Fresh Coat Painting company came highly recommended from a friend of mine who’s had two prior contracts with them so I hired them with high expectations in mind.??I met the head of the company Ramin during the cost estimation. He discussed some recommendations and I went with the paint brand he suggested. The information and cost breakdown was present very clearly and in detail. Not long after the estimate a crew arrived at the scheduled time. Everything was cleared out and the necessary setup was done. After the painting was complete everything was cleaned nicely and everything put back in place.??As I said they came highly recommended so I had high expectations and they lived up to it. The painting we very finely done from corner to corner, no uneven work, sloppy spots or anything of the sort.
