Heat would come on and then it would turn off and some residual heat was felt. tried turning off the furnace and restarting and it helped heat come on however after a while, it would turn off. Called Mersey who funny enough, is right beside my dad's house in scarborough and used to be the ones that I did all my HVAC with when I was a child. Miguel was very good at what he did and was quite thorough. Identified the problem and offered to fix at reasonable prices. Took the time to explain everything to me and even cleaned up a little to ensure it was all working fine. great employee and certainly someone I would trust. Thanks Miguel!!

This is a case where the small companies that have limited reviews are much better than the larger companies with lots of reviews. Normally I only use homestar companies that have lots of reviews with positive feedback. I took a chance on this firm as the owner (Mark) was upfront and real with his comments and advice. Mark took his time to understand the situation, knew how to deal with it and took the time to cleanup after he left. I will 100% use him again and really appreciate his honesty and work. Highly recommend him

Spent a lot of time looking through homestars to find a good firm. Dialone was selected based on the fact that they had an approved duct cleaner with NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaner Association). The gentleman that came to do the duct cleaning was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about duct cleaning. they have all inclusive pricing which is great to know exactly what you're going to pay and there is no upselling when they get here. very much appreciated. I would highly recommend and will certainly use them for any duct cleaning going forward. Thanks Aimen!!

have used grand alarms for almost two years now. have provided great service for this time, have always called when alarm goes off even when code is entered. appreciate this service

I reached out to John via email and he was quick to reply. He came with his crew of two other people and very quickly and efficiently did over 50 potlights in my house! He had appointments scheduled after mine but did not rush me or his other guys. They took their time and cleaned up as best they could. Drop cloths placed over all areas of their work and cleaned up when necessary. They measured and checked everything and made sure we approved where the potlights go before they started to even make a single hole. Each was marked with black tape and then checked with a laser to ensure that it was inline and centred. Very high quality work provided and great service. Happy to provide advice and commentary. This is my second house that I’ve done with them and while they were here, booked them for a family friend. Would highly recommend.

This is a follow up to my review of skywire in June 2012. I have had some issues with one of my cameras and these guys have been out to change it at least 3 times now. They never complain, never blame me and in fact go out of their way to ensure that im satisfied. Im glad these are doing well now and are extremely busy with new installs but these guys provide absolutely phenomenal after sales service. Highly recommend using them for their integrity and great service. You can't go wrong with these guys

I quoted Skywire along with a few other major companies. These guys are by far the best priced and provide the best after sales service! I've had issues with positioning of the cameras and blown power and these guys have been able to come over and fix it promptly. In my line of work, I live and die by my service and responsiveness and these guys are really good. Highly recommend them. You won't be sorry you called.
