Slava was extremely easy and fair to work with. He was very polite and knowledgeable. His tiler was very experienced and worked extremely efficiently. The work was clean and precise. In our case, we wanted the backsplash to be installed behind the range hood. Slava removed the range hood with care and then re-installed it after the tiling was completed. What was extremely appreciated was how much better the re-installation of the range hood was done. The builder that originally installed the range hood did such a lousy job. Slava corrected the builder's sloppy work around the venting and secured everything so well. If this was not done by Slava, we would have definitely had problems with the range hood shortly after. This extra work was done at no additional charge. We will definitely be hiring Refined Reno again for our future projects. Thanks again Slava!

This review is long overdue but Roger, Iana and team deserve the praise for such an excellent job painting our home. We had a lot of detailed painting needed (crown moldings, fireplace mantel, feature walls, etc.) and the walls in the staircase area that were quite challenging. The painting was done with so much care and perfection. We could not be happier with the end results. And to top it off, Roger, Iana and crew were extremely polite and respectful. Just great people! We could not have asked for better! Thanks again!

We are so happy that we hired Northern Tec Electric for our electrical work. Kirk was fantastic to deal with from the assessment to the completion of the job. He's very respectful and courteous. His work is extremely neat and precise. A lot of care was taken to make sure everything was measured and aligned properly. We had pot lights installed in our living/dinning room, Family room, Kitchen and upstairs hallway. We also had 4 light fixtures installed in our Kitchen. Also, a recessed plug above our fireplace for our TV installation. Northern Tec Electric is now our go to for any electrical related home projects. Thanks again Kirk for an amazing job!

I received many quotes for AC installations and Cozy World was by far the most fairly priced for the unit and brand I was looking for. I planned this installation months in advance for my new home. Fred was very accommodating and help me determine the size and type of AC that would work best with the furnace and size of home. Also, I was able to put a deposit down to hold the specific unit I wanted so it would be available for the time we moved in. On the day of install, a crew of 3 arrived. Saeed, was very informative and explained in detail what they were going to do before they started. The end product was a clean installation which actually enhanced the look of my furnace. The run from the furnace to the AC unit on the side of the house was very neat and concealed. Saeed took his time to make sure the lines were out of the way so that when it comes time to finish my basement, I would not have to worry about them. Also, the mounting of the AC unit to the wall was very well done. The unit is very large but how it was mounted and positioned it is not infringing on the property line. I can't thank Fred, Saeed and crew enough for the excellent work they did for our family. It was a pleasure dealing with Cozy World and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I chose Watermart because Donna was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The quote I received was extremely reasonable. The installer (Samir) arrived on time. He was very courteous and polite. The work was clean and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He tested our water before the unit was turned on and then after to demonstrate that everything was working well. New Era Moving has excellent ratings and they are well deserved. Aaron was very patient and very informative during the planning of our move. I asked for 3 different quotes and Aaron was very accommodating. The crew (3) for our move out was absolutely fantastic! They were efficient and organized. They packed our 3 bedroom home into the truck with room to spare and they did it without wasting a minute. They took excellent care of all our things. New Era Moving stored the truck with our contents overnight at an extremely reasonable rate. For our move in we had 1 of the same guys from the day before and 2 new guys. This crew was just as efficient and hardworking as the day before. Again, very courteous and careful with our stuff. Thank you to all the guys who helped us with our move.
