Have been using Mckinnon for several years to service my forced air and AC heating/cooling system without any problems. Recently had some issues with unusual furnace operation (ramping fan speed) following service. Dealing with customer service to arrange for a no-charge follow-up service to resolve the issue was an initial challenge. However, with persistence and the intervention of the owner of the business, a no-charge follow-up service appointment was finally arranged. Consequently, I am happy to report that the furnance is now running normally with no usual fan speed ramping or variations. My thanks to furnance technician Russell who persisted and finally resolved the issue. Also my thanks to Michael Nepom, owner of Mckinnon for standing by your work and sticking with it until everthing was resolved to my total satisfaction. I remain a happy and satified customer.
