Have to admit that texting got a quicker response than leaving a phone message but that makes sense. Paul, the owner, confirmed appointment by email and called the day before to confirm the appintment. Mark called the next morning to let me know he was on his way, and introduced himself and Michael on greeting. He explained to me what they were going to do and at the end, demonstrated that they left no mess and even showed me before and after pictures of my duct system. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
