Bobby at Even Cut tells me he took over the business a short while ago. He pruned and removed trees from my backyard, however I got a call from a Bylaw officer a few days later saying that our arborist left wood and debris at the end of the laneway behind our house. Bobby tells me that they ran out of room in the truck and had to dump some wood in the back (but didn't inform me). After promises to pick it up immediately, and many calls and texts from me, he became totally unresponsive. Meanwhile, neighbors are complaining and the bylaw officer is calling. After blocking my phone number I get through to him and he hands me off to his foreman, Rocco, who promises to come by immediately. Again, he totally ghosts me. Now I am paying another tree company hundreds of dollars to come dispose of the huge mess they left. I guess Even Cut didn't want to pay the dumping fees that were part of the job.
