I found WaterWorks on HomeStars when I had a basement drain backing up. Right from the start I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. Natasha was helpful in setting me up with an appointment right away with Larry who promptly arrived to assess the problem. As it turns out, this was not just a clogged drain. Technical details aside, we needed to replace a collapsed breather outside the house and correct a poorly graded drain line inside. Once Larry discussed the course of action, Victor arrived right on time as promised and started work. I was amazed at how fast he was able to dig and repair the problem (It was a huge job). All of the digging and repair work was finished in one day! The very next day Victor arrived when promised to fill everything in and complete the job. Everything works great now and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the timely fashion in which it was completed, all at a great price too! Best of all, I have peace of mind that I won't have any problems in the future, but should something else arise, WaterWorks will be there right away to help me out.
