The enercare technician has been very patient due to my tenant's absence at the service address. He waited at the address for more than 20 mins. He has been very flexible and called me back again to rescheduled the appointment to one hour later on the same day. This was our fault to miss the appointment in the beginning but the technician's little help made whole thing brighter. Way To Go Enercare!

Aida and her team spent 4 hours on cleaning the whole house from top to the basement and from the ceiling to the floor. It was fast and non-stop work. The work was not counted by hours but it is comparable to other cleaning companies (Some may say 1 hour to clean 3 windows). Overall, it was very good work.

This company really approves themselves as #1 in GTA. I was totally satisfied with their move-in duct cleaning service. The communications were perfect throughout. The owner Paul was very professional on my first call. He followed up by email before the service and even called me up during the service to check the work. The actual service was provided by Jonathan and Mark. These two great guys were friendly and patiently explained the steps and resolved my concerns. They also reduced the price as the house was not as dirty as expected (not like other companies confusing you to pay more for unnecessary work). They also set out next service time in 5-7 years (again! not like some duct cleaning companies telling you do this twice a year). I was so impressed by their way of communications, their honest work and their faithful advises. Thank you guys! You are highly recommended.

Joe is a really good solution provider in terms of the overall cost and long-term effect. This is a townhouse in row which means 4 neighbours all sharing the same connected attic. I was told that the cost would be $250 to put a single-way gate on the hole over my unit on the phone. However, after Joe came up to the roof, checked and evaluated the damage and potential issues. He advised that I only need to pay him 100 dollars to buy the gate with the installation. If other neighbour found the hole on their side, I can lend the gate to them in order to drive the squirrel out, and patch the holes by ourselves. This is a fantastic long run idea instead of one-time fix for a few days as the squirrels may find another access through other neighbour's roof.
