On Friday, our furnace stopped working and the technician told us that he needed to order a part. I called Reliance on Monday to inquire about the status and was told the part had not yet arrived. I called everyday until Thursday when the part finally arrived and was replaced. However, on the next day, the furnace stopped working again. The technician said that he would arrive on Friday, but he did not show up. I called Reliance again and was told a technician would arrive on Monday (that was Thanksgivng Day so I asked her to confirm the date because that was a holiday). No one arrived. When I called again I was told that my appointment was on Wednesday. We have rented our furnace from Reliance and was told that service would be available 24 hours at the time of our purchase. NOT true!!!
