Purchased a washing machine from them, which they installed in our kitchen. On the first load heard water noise coming from the basement. Yup, they flooded my basement. No apology, no installation cost refund. Nothing.

Super responsive and friendly. Was at the door in less than 30 mins, easy to speak with, took the time to show me the issue, etc. Would highly recommend. Thanks
