Although this was just a service call to check over the furnace (heat was working fine), we are really glad that Abbey Air came over! In addition to checking things over, they adjusted our humidity levels for the winter months and ensured that the humidifier and the furnace were working together efficiently. Our service technician was on time, called ahead to announce his arrival and pulled something rusty, crusty and nasty out of that humidifier. He was at our place for an hour and a half, so it was well worth the money to have him come!

We have called Jason twice over the past year to do some paint work on both the exterior and interior of our home. He returned our calls promptly, prepared the quotes quickly and ensured that all the details of the work were seen to with the utmost professionalism. Our house looks great! We went to Speers Flooring on the recommendation of a friend. We met with Anthony who helped us choose the right flooring for our house, considering we have pets with sharp claws. They showed us many different options to choose from, weighing the pros and cons of each selection. Within days of this discussion, we then spoke with Vince, who set up the job for us. A few days later, the installation team arrived, on time, completing the job to exacting standards. A week later, we have beautiful oak floors on both storeys of the house and we could not be happier. It just goes to show what you get when you shop locally! We would not hesitate to call Speers Flooring again.

We found European Contracting on this website last summer and we have not looked back! After reading all of their great reviews (and learning that they were actually legit!) we called Karol to get the ball rolling. He returned our call promptly, met with us at our convenience and things got underway quickly. Karol and his team are terrific to work with, highly experienced, personable, trustworthy, creative and very flexible. With his help, we now have a beautiful basement reno complete with hardwood, workout room, gas fireplace, crown molding, pot lights and a beautiful bathroom. His attention to detail is second to none! We would be happy to provide photos or recommendations, if interested.
