I hadn't moved in about 17 years - Johan's team (shout out to Darren and his guys) couldn't have been better! Organized, hard-working, intelligent, focused men who don't flinch at anything. I moved about 80km away, and I couldn't believe how fast these guys had my house packed up and were on the way to our destination. Everything was packed really well (the truck looked like a rubic's cube when they were done); they had everything unpacked and in place in no time. Anna in the office is so pleasant and easy to work with; Johan visited my home and gave me a very accurate estimate prior to the move - no surprises. These people know their stuff, and they can be proud of their work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was selling my home, and the morning showings began, my bathroom ceiling was dripping rainwater through a vent! John Morris came and made a temporary repair immediately, and returned a few days later to make some other substantial but necessary repairs to my roof to make my home more secure. Quick response, sensitive to my situation, easy to work with, tidied up beautifully when they were done! Extremely pleased with their work, recommend them highly.

I called and left a message, Ken got back to me quickly. I was about to begin showing my home for sale, and had a squirrel in my ceiling over the dining area. Kens guys showed up the next morning and did what they do best, installed a one way door for the squirrel to leave by. They had to come back once, to double-check where the squirrel was getting in. Happy to say now, squirrel is gone, sold my home!

Once again, the guys at Drainworks have come to my rescue and fixed my flooding problem - when my washer drained, it would flood the laundry room because the drain was plugged with lint. They were here in record time, and fixed the problem in a very short time, no fuss, no muss. Always so friendly and pleasant, they wear little clean booties when they come in, and make you feel like you've made the right decision by calling them. Worth every penny, they value their customers!

Mike and Eric were relentless and thorough in conducting an investigation to find the source of water flowing into my basement, and it paid off! Mike found a broken incoming water line, and had a repair team lined up promptly. Mike and Eric are honest, professional and reliable guys who give you the straight goods. My questions were always answered, sometimes before I had to ask them. Walter and his dig team were fantastic - so organized, hardworking, knowledgeable, and TIDY! They replaced water and sewage lines, and even did more than they were required to do. I would say this is a very ethical company with a conscience and a desire do things right. I thank them all so much. Drainworks rocks!
