Thanks to Pacific Home Comfort Experts, I have a perfectly sized, brand new furnace, just in time for the onset of winter. The installation crew arrived right on schedule, They took the necessary steps to protect my carpet and hardwood stairs leading to the basement before removing the old furnace and moving the new one downstairs. The installation went without a hitch. The crew boss explained what was done and provided guidance on filters and maintenance in general. My furnace room was left in good condition. So far, the new furnace is working well. This is the third time that I have contracted the services of Pacific Home Comfort for my HVAC needs. The staff, including the front office and installation team were polite and professional as they have always been in the past.
