We hired Alan for the pre-purchase home inspection and he is great to work with - arrives on time, detail oriented, explains things well and very thorough. Alan is very knowledgeable and the report provided at the end was great too! The only nitpick I had was he answered many phone calls during the inspection which could be distracting when you're in a conversation about a potential issue.
New HW flooring, Kitchen backsplash, new carpet on staircase, etc.
Loretta's team is prompt, friendly and the end result is great! I hate it when some renovation company promise you a "finish by" date and would never finsh the job on the agreed time. But Loretta Carpet One is not like that. They promised me 10 days and they finished everything in 9! They are very competitive in price as well.
