The job was to fairly straight forward: Remove a hot water radiator, cap the pipes, rough-in new pipes to a new location while the floor was open, return to install a new radiator when the new floor was complete. The finished work was not well done: The pipes they installed coming out of the floor were very crooked and they did not install the chrome washer sleeves. In all it looked terrible relative to the new kitchen I had just installed. They refused to fix their sloppy work. I told the gentleman (Mike) I would write them a bad review if he did not do something to correct the situation and he said he did not care. I think his attitude really says it all.

I would like to address a couple of inaccuracies in Mike's response (below): He was late for the first part of the job, showing up a day due to a "miscommunication" (so not always on time). And, he did charge me extra (I have his invoice to prove it).
Finally, His offer to address the situation seems insincere and is very untimely. He had plenty of opportunity to redress the situation at the time and I have since fixed most of his work myself.
