My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Premiere Van Lines on the day of our move. Everything went smoothly, and the movers were extremely professional. We knew during the move that they cared about our stuff, and having unpacked now and not found a single broken glass or dish we had that confirmed. Here is a breakdown of our experience: 1. Movers arrive exactly on time, cheerful and ready to go 2. Give instructions to movers on what goes and stays, these were followed perfectly 3. Absolutely floored at how hard all of the movers worked! They really brought their "A" game. 4. Old house extracted and packed by lunch time. Very impressed. 5. No damage to old house for stuff on the way out. Very impressed. 6. The movers were clearly happy to be working together. This positive energy was infectious - we were positive as well during what could have been a very stressful experience. 7. New house loaded in with our stuff exactly where we asked them to put things. Again amazed at how hard everyone worked. 8. Job done in roughly 8 hours, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Able to get dinner and relax at the new house, knowing that all of our stuff was safe and accounted for. 9. Overall extremely pleased with the service we received! What impressed us the most was the positive attitude of the moving team. What could have been very stressful for us was not at all. Thank you Rob, Randy and Kevin!

I called Advanpro two days ago and they had Jason and Chris out today. Excellent service and professional demeanor, I was confident they knew what they were doing and trusted their judgement. I can tell our house is much cleaner for it, and will be using them again in two years when we are due for another round of service. Overall I was impressed by the quick turnaround on the part of Advanpro, and with the quality of their staff and workmanship.

After a winter of furnace flakiness and a potential summer of 29 degress above inside the house (we get a ton of sun in the morning and evening), we decided to replace the old furnace and hot water tank, as well as get a new AC and humidifier, all at once, to minimize the labour costs. I spoke with a few HVAC resources, some too big (very expensive estimates), some too small (no confidence they could actually do the job), and after talking to Brent at Shift Air, one just right. Brent's estimate was professional and reasonable, and after weighing a few options (he was very patient with me as I tried to make up my mind as to exactly what I wanted), the estimate he gave me was exactly (to the penny) what the end cost of the job turned out to be. Not only did Brent always show up on time and return my questions in a timely fashion (some places didn't return phone calls or voice messages), he always gave me the impression the entire time he actually cared about the quality of work he was to deliver, which really went a long way in my book. Brent enjoys doing the job well, and it shows in the quality of his work. The job itself took a couple days (the time he said it would), and Brent and his crew (very nice people) were always positive and clearly working hard. All of our old stuff was removed from site the first day, and everything was hooked up and working properly by the middle of the second day, an excellent accomplishment, given the scope of the job. There were no surprises or things that came up on the job, like I said earlier my invoice was the exact amount of Brent's original estimate. Overall, I am very happy with Brent's work, and would recommend him and Shift Air to anyone interested in getting quality HVAC work done at a reasonable price.
