Called knight plumbing to fix low water pressure In bathroom sink. Techno came and said that the cartridge needed to be replaced and charged $350.00. Problem still exists. Manager was supposed to reach out but never did.

Good day Frances, After reviewing the service call, you had brought us out due to the low pressure of water, as per the building technician it required a new cartridge. You brought us out and we replaced the cartridge tested for leaks, there was still a low pressure issue, so the tenant was going to go back to the building technician and go over the low pressure in the shower. We do still have the technician supervisor looking into this for you and will reach out very shortly

Our previous tenants left the apartment in HORRIBLE conditions. Geo did a fantastic job and cleaned the apartment thoroughly. The grease and dirt are completely gone! Very happy and would recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaner. (Caution: the 'before photos' may be sensitive to some viewers)
