We called Prelock to change our locks when we moved into our new home. They were prompt, professional and helpful. They made excellent recommendations for our needs, which included two sets of keys and locks, for our side door, which is also used by a tenant, and our front door. They also advised us which doors and windows in our home were secure and which could use upgrading, without pressuring us to do anything extreme. They provided some options and solutions for keys and locks that were workable and simple. The service was great, their staff was professional, and we were very pleased with the job done.

Avalon Granite were professional, courteous, reasonable, flexible and above all, did a great job on my granite kitchen counters. They were flexible with time, professional in their manner and service, and gave us a number of good options / levels for materials, budget and timeline. My kitchen reno experience was not a great one, and I insisted on getting additional estimates for the counters, which I am so glad I did. Working with Avalon was the only positive experience during the whole process. Additionally, when I wanted to select the granite slab myself and encountered numerous challenges and unpleasant service from the supplier, Uri from Avalon met me at the supplier, advocated for what I wanted, and insisted they treat my concerns as valid. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for and everyone raves about my kitchen. And for a very reasonable fee for the materials and labour, they did the work with the wonderful add-on of great customer service.
