Leak troubleshooting and repair
Nick identified the cause of a leak in my basement ceiling in about 5 mins. He came out at 8am on a Sunday to investigate. He was prompt and informative. He was also more than fair, negotiating a lower total cost of repair because of how easy the solution was. Wonderful service and I will definitely request Nick next time I have a plumbing issue.
