Reasonable pricing, very reliable, great work. He sourced some barn wood to custom build us a pair of closet doors and they look great. He also fixed a stained ceiling, replaced some badly cut bathroom tiles and a lot more odds and ends.

I highly recommend Bohdan and Leo (BML). I contacted quite a few other Ikea cabinet installation specialists and Bohdan was the most responsive. In fact I called Bohdan from Ikea a few times and he was happy to advise me even though it was well past 5 PM. It was clear that Bohdan and Leo had a lot of experience with Ikea and they offered great advice. For example, I bought cup pulls and handles from Restoration Hardware and Bohdan warned me that the screws that it came with would rip right through the MDF Adel doors during normal usage. Sure enough, I searched Internet forums and many people were having this problem and as a result they had ruined their cabinet doors. Thanks to Bohdan's experience and insight we avoided this problem by getting some nuts and bolts from the local hardware store. Again I can't recommend these guys enough. They knew what they were doing, the result looks perfect, the job was done quickly and the price was right.

Perfect Painter sent Nicky to paint my apartment, replace my laminate flooring, replace my doors and do other miscellaneous handyman work. Nicky gets things done quickly without being too sloppy, which is good because I was being charged per day and a slower contractor might have taken a fair bit longer (which could have made things a lot more expensive). The laminate flooring installation is perfect, and Nicky even switched a couple of pieces after it was done without much fuss.

Sam ripped out my bathroom vanity, sink, mirror and counters and replaced it all with new stuff. He is professional, experienced and honest. He paid attention to detail and did the job well. I would not hesitate recommending Sam for any plumbing, painting or renovation work.
