If you're wondering why Cozy World has so many positive reviews on Homestars, stop thinking and pick up the phone and book an appointment. The reason is simple enough: they are THAT good. The communication with Boris was flawless. He came over for a site visit and answered all my questions. There were zero pressure tactics afterwards, even though it took me over three months since the first site visit to commit to the job. Boris sent his team of guys to do the actual work. Kam and the rest of the crew showed up at 9am and didn't leave until 8pm. Hard-working, courteous, professional, honest, punctual. What more can one ask for?

The rumours are true: Mr. Electric is as GOOD as other people say. This is the first time I used Mr. Electric's service but I was already confident that the job was going to be up to par. I have used Mr. Electric's sister service, Mr. Rooter, a few times beforehand; so I'd assumed that the service was going to be just as great. And I was definitely not let down. The pricing is reasonable. It does help to become a member (for a minimal fee) for additional discounts at both Mr. Electric and Mr. Rooter. Communication with Susan at the dispatch centre was smooth and easy. I felt confident that if there had been any problems with the technician, I could always let Susan know. But in the end, the technician, Ryan, was simply stellar: friendly, professional, and did the job right. Highly recommend him. Thanks Mr. Electric!

Yet another great service from Mr Rooter! While doing my kitchen renos, my contractor found out that the plumbing in the kitchen was faulty: water started gushing from the kitchen down into the garage. Called Mr. Rooter to fix the problem and one of their plumbers showed up within a couple of hours. Thanks Richard C., the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Richard was very professional, courteous and friendly. Thanks Richard! Mr. Rooter also does a great follow-up job after the work is done to ensure that everything was done to the customer's satisfaction.

From what I understand, Mr. Rooter is a fairly large company with lots of plumbers working for the company. So it's a bit of a luck of a draw who the dispatcher will send over to your house. I really lucked out with Will V.! Will was actually supposed to come over and do a hook-up installation for a heavy free-standing bathtub. But due to the heavy weight of the bathtub, he was unable to do the job right then and there. Instead, I asked him to take a look at an outdoor garden tap and he did a GREAT job replacing part of the plumbing and the old tap. He was working hard for almost four hours on the job and had a few good recommendations which we ended up implementing. Very friendly, professional, hard-working. Thanks Will V.!

As part of my bathroom reno, a large egg-shaped stone bathtub had to be installed and moved from the main floor to the one above through a curving set of stairs. The bathtub was extremely heavy and shaped in an awkward way that made it difficult for anyone to get a firm grip on the tub. I didn't think it could actually be done. But Greg had the brilliant idea of removing the stairs balustrade in order to facilitate the move. I removed the balustrade myself before the movers came but in the end Greg and two of his guys took no more than 30 minutes for the whole move. This would have been a tough job for anyone else. But Braymore was definitely up to the challenge. And they delivered!
