Steve and his crew did a great job on our house. Professional, Punctual, and Friendly. Estimate was very competitive and no “surprises” from the original quote. Great crew who worked well together and even helped me out by getting some pictures of my chimney (for another job) while up on the roof. Did a good job with the site cleanup once done. There was a mixup from the shingle supplier and the wrong colour was sent (no fault of Steve), and he handled it very well and had the correct colour delivered straight away. Little details like taking time to nail in the eavestrough nails that were sticking out, putting sealant on the roof vent nails, and attention to detail on the finishing flashing (sharkstooth) did not go unnoticed by a customer like me. Lots of my neighbours commented when the job was done about how nice the finished product looked and how efficiently and respectfully the work got done. Very pleased! Give Steve and the First Choice Roofing team a call for your roof! Note: Make sure you don’t confuse Steve’s company with a similar named one in Etobicoke that gets much worse reviews. You want First Choice Roofing in Newmarket/Stouffville. Homestars has done a poor job controlling the reviews placed here as clearly some of them are for the company in Etobicoke.
