If you're thinking of buying from here online, think again.
It's been 2.5 months since my wife and I bought our bedroom and office furniture from here, and not only do we not have a single piece of furniture, we also have no idea when we're receive any of it. You may think, 'yeah, but let's cut them some slack because of COVID-19.' Right, we should. But here's the thing: 1) That doesn't explain why the list of items they are waiting for from the warehouse changes every week 2) That doesn't explain the fact that I've been told repeatedly they were going to ship my partial order the same or next day and they didn't. 3) That doesn't explain reviews going back years that have experiences very similar to mine (Look at 1-star reviews on Google). We ordered our furniture on April 29. We told them we were taking possession of our home in late May and likely wanted our furniture in early to mid-June. We were told there had been some delays with COVID so this timeline was perfect for them - they'd have 6 weeks to pull everything together. We took possession May 22nd, and our floors were done faster than planned. Staring May 26 I started calling to try to set up a delivery date. Here's a timeline: Tues. May 26: Left message. Wed. May 27: Called, spoke with a woman who said *one* of my items wasn't in stock, but she would check with the warehouse when they opened and call me back. No call back. Thurs. June 4: Called twice. Left two messages, didn't get a call back. Fri. June 5: Called, no answer. Sent an email. Sat. June 6: Received a reply to my email, asking if anyone had gotten back to me, and promising me they would call me Monday. Mon. June 8: I call them around 3:00pm. I get told the warehouse will call me right back. No one does. Tues. June 9: I call them and they tell me my desk and my bedroom set aren't in yet, but my desk is supposed to be in on June 15, and my bedroom set on June 22. They say they're trying to rush the bedroom set to get it a week earlier, so maybe I can have everything by June 19, but *worst case* scenario, I can have it around the end of June. Mon. June 22: I call for an update, and get told they're waiting on a few pieces. Now it's my desk, my accent table, and my bookcase. They say they'll call me right back with an estimated delivery date. They don't. Tues. June 23: I call 6 times and eventually get through. I get told that everything will be sent early next week. Monday or Tuesday. Mon. June 29: I get told they're still waiting on a few pieces. They'll call me back! They don't. Tues. June 30: After 5 calls I get through. I get told they're still waiting on a few pieces and they'll call me right back when they speak to the warehouse. I get a little short with them and say, "I get told that several times a week and nobody calls me back". She promises she will, and to her credit, she does! She tells me my order is estimated to be ready in another 3 weeks! I tell her I would like them to ship me a partial order - whatever they have in stock, ASAP. She says she will get a partial order out to me on Monday. Mon. July 6: I get told they're 1 piece shy of the full order, but it's supposed to arrive that day, so it'll get shipped tomorrow. Tues. July 7: I get told they're 1 piece shy of the full order (it didn't come in yesterday), but it's supposed to arrive that day, so it'll get shipped tomorrow. They reassure me, the full order is all going to ship tomorrow. Wed. July 8: The piece still didn't come in. I tell them to just ship the partial order. They say they that they'll ship the partial order Thursday. Thurs. July 9: I get told that if I'm just willing to wait another week or two, they'll have the full order together! I tell them to ship whatever they have TODAY. Friday, July 10: I call 9 times and leave 2 messages, and on my 10th call at 5:12pm, I get through. The order is ready to ship but hasn't been picked up yet. I ask what's in the order - she's not sure, she forgot to ask - but she says it's slightly less than half of my order (my order is 14 pieces).
