The microwave wasnt heating. First visit from Elite diagnosed the issue. Indicated that they should be able to obtain parts and repair in one week. Both times accommodated my schedule. Repair done..appliances fixed! work order number :504154

My wife and I walked into JH Kitchen's Richmond Hill showroom without an appointment and we were graciously greeted by Sherry. We had a self-drawn sketch of our dream kitchen and Sherry was very attentive as we described it. She transformed our words and somehow our sketch into a beautiful plan and layout in just a couple of visits...and even made herself available at the Woodbridge showroom when it was more convenient for us. David was always available, providing his knowledge and expertise and truly was interested in working with us and all the customized quirks we wanted. No cookie cutter here....he appreciated our ideas and JH delivered! Custom is encouraged.
