We had a sump pump failure in our basement resulting in a massive flooded basement. We contacted our insurance company and they had On Side at the house the very next day. On Side were on the ball right from the start our PM Cameron and office contact Kelly were a pleasure to deal with. Ken who did the actual on site restoration work did an excellent job. The same applies to the removal crew who were very professional. I would have absolutely no problems recommending On Side to any home owner. AM
