Our HVAC motor died and first two contractors tried to inflate the replacement cost of the motor to justify their sales pitch to buy a new furnace. Dave came and made an honest recommendation to replace the motor for a very reasonable price and even included a warranty for it. Dave is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and honest. We will definitely hire him again when it is time to change the furnace and AC. Thank you again Dave and Pat, much appreciated.

I am disappointed in their warranty. We purchased their Tuscany wood shutters 16 years ago and it came with Lifetime warranty. A few of the connectors linking the louver to the wand broke and they told me it can’t be repaired because the product is discontinued. So now I am stuck with the louvers dangling because they don’t have the parts. They should at least provide alternate parts and not leave the customer with no option!
