Call scheduled to repair water dispenser that dripped after cup removal. Cause diagnosed on first visit and parts were ordered. Serviceman also noticed door closing awkwardly and promised to fix that when new internal hose arrived. They called to schedule the followup appointment and arrived as promised. Both problems were fixed in about 40 minutes and continue to work well. Service man was courteous, tidy and explained clearly what he was doing.
