central AC replacement & nest thermostat; bought and installed
Found Cozy World through home stars, rated well so requested a quote and the response was swift. Gave me a quote over the phone and it remained the same in person, still coming in lower than 2 other quotes I received. Robert was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He provided me with various options based on my requirements and didn't try to hard sell me on things I don't need. Installation took place within 2 days and the installer, Sina, was courteous, professional and efficient, explaining the process as he went. A few hours later and I now have working AC with a beautiful nest thermostat. Thank you Robert and Sina; will definitely use your company again
