I would not recommend anyone purchase furniture from Arrow Furniture. I had to wait 1 month for my sofa and tables after being told that I would receive it in a week. Upon receiving the furniture it had cracks and scratches in several places. I requested that they be exchanged to only find out that the 'new' pieces were also defective. The customer representative at the head office was not very courteous and was actually rude on several occasions. Truthfully they didn't really seem to care. I really don't think a company like this should be in business. They are not very punctual and lack effective customer service.
