One of their technicians came to my house and charged me $280, and might I add that he would only accept cash, to service the main board and the cooling system of my fridge. Less than 24 hours later the fridge is still not repaired. Lisa from customer service refused to hear me out and either provide me with a refund or send someone to actually get my fridge working. She kept repeating I had to pay $1800 more for them to come replace the compressor. The technician advised me that he had fixed the fridge but it was a temporary repair and that I would eventually need a compressor. He accepted the payment with my understanding that the fridge was going to work, but eventually I would need a new compressor. I understand that I called on a holiday Monday, however Lisa from customer service department refused to allow me to speak to someone in management, or resolve my problem. She kept insisting that I spend $1800 for them to fix the compressor. The apparent dishonesty I received from the technician, and the lack of integrity and professionalism from Lisa is compleutely unacceptable. Due to this experience, I give this company ZERO Stars and reccomend that you choose another company before you too get swindled out of $300+
