I received a couple of quotes from other window manufacturers to retrofit my 65 year old windows and only Centra arrived with samples, insurance, etc. Mark was fabulous to deal with. He was knowledgeable about his product and what the process from start to finish would be like. Others said the would have to remove the casings, which we weren't prepared to open that can of worms while Centra wouldn't have to. He also gave us options we hadn't thought of. The price was comparable or cheaper then the other companies with a superior product and the timeline was so much quicker too. I appreciated the professionalism and that they made appointments that fit our schedule.

Kelly and K2 was recommended to us when we bought our old fixer upper 21/2 years ago. He gave us a quote shortly after we moved in. Unfortunately other immediate needs were required and it took 2 years and a tree falling to get our roof done. The cost over those 2 years went up a minor amount due to the product cost increase, but was not a significant increase. The crew are very hard working and quick. The yard was completely cleaned as quickly when it was done. The professionalism of Kelly and his crew make all the difference. The standards that K2 follow to keep their crews safe is also refreshing when contractors are around your house. I would tell anyone to call and am very happy that I was told to call.

During the windstorm in August our neighbour's tree fell and during the insurance company's investigation into the total damage done by the roots, it was discovered our 65 year old terra cotta drain tiles were broken and blocked. After many months of meeting with many contractors whose quotes differed by tens of thousands of dollars, we found Bob and Drainrock. His quote was not only reasonable compared to the others, his professionalism and company presentation was exceptional. The crew arrived and were so polite and friendly, which never wavered even in the the horrible rain and mud they had to endure, that you knew your home was in good hands. They showed respect for the very stressful situation we had been living in for 7 months and tried to make the replacement, and start of re-building, as painless as possible. Dealing with contractors can be stressful, but not with Drainrock. I have passed their name on to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for all the hard work you did!
