I hired Bestway based on work they had done on our neighbours porch. They did an outstanding job on the porch and it looks way better than the disaster created by the previous hire. It is evident that they want to get a job and then get out to bigger jobs. My job was finished and I wish they had offered some options to make things look a little better which they did not. I also recommended them to my family but found out that they only do jobs over 7000 dollars so if you don't have a bigger project, don't call them. Finally, I am a little frustrated that grass was completely damaged but not repaired or considered in the process of fixing the steps. The strip below the steps was already present but no regard was give to the clean up of the garden area which was fully grassed. Their concrete work is outstanding, but the lack of attention to detail is what keeps this from a high score. I gave a lower recommendation for others because most of my friends are looking for a company that limits jobs to a monetary value and devalues those who don't have the money. I did actually recommend them, but had to stop. By turning down my father's request, they actually will lose business from me as well in the future which is an unfortunate long term consequence of primarily focusing on bigger projects. People need to understand that small projects become bigger projects.

Dave has worked to make some adjustments to our previous issue and is working to resolve. I held off writing this review as I remained optimistic. After calling David multiple times with multiple texts, my calls have been ignored. Some of his material has remained at the front of my house for over a year now and he came back briefly to strip the surface, but has ghosted me ever since. The coating for the steps was never mixed right so it chipped from the beginning. My wife is constantly noting how horrible the front our house looks. I actually hate writing reviews like this as I understand that this affects someone's livelihood, but this has been 2 years and I am now going to have to pay someone else to do the same job that wasn't done correctly the first time.

The worker arrived early and was professional and polite. He informed me of what he needed and then updated me when I arrived to close. I would definitely recommend this company.
