Within the first month of moving to a new home, we discovered that the toilet downstairs was running and that whoever installed the kitchen sink had switched the piping somehow and hot was coming out of the cold faucet and visa versa. I found Rick on the internet. called and amazingly was able to speak to him directly. Rick fixed both our problems within no time. I was impressed with his curteous and professional manner. I was even more impressed when he provided me with the bill of service which was well within my limited budget. I am not in the habit of writing these types of reviews but exemplary service should not go unnoticed.
