i purchased a picture at the store in signal Hill just before Christmas. I went back on the 27 December to get the matching print. the Store had 2 both had problems with the frames. One they tried to fix and resell and I do not believe that they did not know it was repaired. We went to Market Mall and purchased their and noticed that the corners covering the frame were intact on the one we purchased but neither of the one"s we were shown at the Signal Hill had any on them. Went home to hang and we took a better look of the one that we purchased at Signal Hill and found that it had been repaired. They glued back the edge of the frame. Buyer beware with the Signal Hill location no way three of the same picture had all been repaired and they did not know about it. Check merchandise right away. We were to late to return the original one we purchased.

I have used Gregg's company and staff in my house 4 times in 15 years and I would not use any other company .They are clean ,professional , and insure that you are happy with the final results. i recommend them whenever I am asked because I know they will do an outstanding job.

Called before the service to find out if their were any other costs involved as i purchased a 49.00 Groupon that was good for 10 ducts. Was advised of the a/c charge and environmental fee but they forgot to mention that along with the ducts all the fresh air vents had to be also done. I had advised the representative that I spoke with that I did not want to do the basement and she never mentioned to me that no all had to,be done. The repressive that came to do the job advised me that instead of paying for an additnal 8 ducts I had an additional,of 18 at 22.75 you can see why I was to happy. The furnace had already been cut open when they advised me of the amount Called customer care and basically told me to read fine print that air vents were the same in their description as ducts. Will never use again and will,post this warning to others who purchase coupons be be aware of this companies shady business practices.
