We had a very positive experience with S and Sons. They were great pre-move; answering questions and giving us all the information upfront. They showed up on time and were hardworking throughout the entire day. They were also very accommodating; allowing us to make several stops to pick up items from storage, etc. We have recommended them several times to family and friends, who have also shared positive experiences.

We initially used Carpet Mill to replace and install carpet on our second floor when we bought our house 2 years ago. They were able to meet our tight timeline to install before we moved in. This past summer after we renovated our basement, Carpet Mill was the only company we considered. They are friendly, helpful, and direct. Due to contractor issues, we had to reschedule several times, but they were always accommodating. And when we needed to make a fix to the concrete underneath the carpet after install, they were kind enough to come back to lift the carpet up for us at no charge. Great customer service, professional and trusted.

Chris is reliable, fair and honest. My husband was traveling for work when we discovered we had a family of raccoons living in our front porch. After calling a variety of different pest control companies, Christ was the first to understand my problem and give me sound advice. He gave me a reasonable quote of $400. He was on time, cleaned up after his work, explained his process and was friendly and professional. The job took approx 90 min to 2 hours, he had to come back the next day to finish up the metal sheet and he replaced the damaged shingles by the raccoons at no extra charge. I was more than happy to pay $400 for the removal, $50 for the extra sheet metal and gave him a tip. Chris takes pride in his work and his reputation. I would highly recommend him.
