Very nice people, but we were disappointed by the work they did. They over-promised and under-delivered. They brought in trades that did an awful job and left it to us to deal with the mess. Most jobs had to be done twice because they weren't done properly the first time. We were told this job could be done for about $25,000. It actually cost close to double that and we're still not finished. I regret ever starting this project.

I had new plumbing installed for a kitchen and bath. Fox told us he would have a plumber come right away. It turns out he wasn't able to so he called another plumber to do the work, charging us a premium. We had one plumber and an apprentice for a day and a half. They pulled down the ceiling in the laundry room leaving a huge mess (even though they were asked not to) and most of the work needed to be re-done. Dave collected his money and cashed the cheque before we could inspect the work. We spent over 2 months trying to get him to fix the work. He finally refunded us only $400. We have already paid over $2000 getting it fixed. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I would never deal with them again.
