Our basement shower was consistently generating awful groaning noises in the pipes whenever we engaged the diverter for the shower head. We were worried we either had unsecured pipes, or that something more nefarious was going on back there. Michael showed up at our home a day after I had called in, diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve cartridge, and was able to replace the defective part in less than an hour. Darren came by our house and very clearly explained all the options available to us in a very unbiased manner. I never felt upsold on anything; in fact we were able to save a couple hundred bucks based on one of his suggestions after our initial estimate. The work was done very efficiently. It's always great to so easily see the professionalism in the crew. Eavestroughs are one of those things that you do right once and don't have to think about for a long time, so the extra cost was definitely worth it for the quality of product and service we received. We're really happy with how everything turned out!

We moved in to our home 4 months after closing because of renovations; our lawn and garden were out of control by that time! We called up a few places, and Judith was one of the first to get back to us. Not only was she available (what good is a garden service that isn't available until next season?), but she was also prompt and genuinely cared about helping us get things back in shape. She took the time to explain all our options and the work involved. In the end, pricing felt fair considering the level of care and attention our lawn and garden received. The Curbz crew were always friendly, professional and willing to talk. Judith would often visit the site to oversee how the work was coming along. That included things like paring back our hydrangea vines, removing an infested one, weeding, removing saplings, pruning, edging, cultivating soil, setting up a rain barrel and helping us re-plant a yew after some plumbers had destroyed one of our plants. As new homeowners, Judith and her team's willingness to answer questions was a boon for our sanity. They definitely care about beautiful work and deliver results!

Called the day of closing on a new home to get the locks changed. Moni was able to accomodate the last minute request. Showed up a bit later than he had originally told us, but more than made up for it with his transparency in his work. He explained to us how the locks worked, and what the benefits were of different locking systems without any sales pressure to buy any new locks. Overall a pleasure.
