We hired Norseman after interviewing several contracting companies. The expanded our existing third floor, enclosing about 325 sq ft of old deck and roof, and making a new bedroom and gym. The job turned out fantastically thanks to the work of their team, our Project Manager Greg, and all involved. Interestingly, we did have a flood on our property in the winter during construction, unrelated to the 3rd story. Norsemen was extremely helpful in getting us emergency services (our insurer had none available) and completed the repairs. Nobody wishes for something like this to happen, but they made the best of our bad situation. In the end, they completed the 3rd story addition, did new floors/drywall/paint throughout the affected areas of the house, and repaired cabinetry. We are thankful for their team's responsiveness and hands-on approach and would recommend them to friends and family.
