We were extremely happy with the work. Reliable, trustworthy and quality. Ghalib, their designer, was very service oriented, and helped to inspire our creativity. Mo, our project manager, was highly competent, and able to execute our plans on a tight timeline and with flexibility. Kevin, the owner, was extremely professional and pragmatic when we asked for adjustments or concessions. They transformed our home, on time, and on budget. We have recommended them to many of our friends.

The Norseman team was very helpful in helping us reconfigure our small kitchen in an old house and a very deep, but not very functional closet. Essentially, the project turned into a renovation of most of the main floor. We would not have fared half as well without the support of our project manager, Mo. Even when we hit some road blocks, Mo was able to find solutions and keep things moving along. He was always in communication with us and alleviated the stress we might have felt under different conditions. Highly recommend Mo and the Norseman team.

I hired Norseman Construction for home renovations. Renovations included constructing a new room on the second level of the house, renovating the bathroom, and installing new flooring on the 2nd floor.

My initial contacts for planning were with Chris and Shahid, they walked me through the initial project price quotes and design/drawings; they were very accommodating and answered all the questions my wife and I had.
When the project started, Ezad and Robert were the contractors onsite. Both were always available by phone or email for any questions. They provided great recommendations for suppliers (e.g. tiles, flooring). They both ensured that the project would be on schedule, which they did meet.

I found this company to be very easy to work with, very accommodating and dependable. I worked with them long distance and with our weekly reviews plus regular pictures and well laid out schedule , I knew what was happening daily. The project manager Mohammad Haghshanas was outstanding. He was always available to answer questions and they completed the project ahead of time because he drove the project efficiently, speedily and with great problem solving ideas. We went over budget because of issues out of everyones control but I was very happy with the service and work they did.

We contracted Norseman after having serious problems with our original contractor that allowed water into the home during a third story addition. We were concerned about ongoing water damage. They managed to eventually secure the home water coming in through the addition. We also had water water damage to the exterior stucco wall of our house that was addressed by a new roof. We contracted Norseman to fix that water damage. This damage was not fixed properly, and we now have a large crack in the stucco that is letting more water in. They are saying it was from previous poor workmanship, which has yet to be determined, however we contracted them to fix that damage. They are now not standing behind there work, leaving me to deal with the interior water damage, and the exterior stucco.

We started with some minor hiccups but Kris stepped in and dealt with them accordingly. We were then introduced to their architect Shahid who was absolutely phenomenal. Any time we had a question he made himself available. He was so great to work with. Our project was underpinning, new kitchen, main floor bathroom addition and new bathroom to the 2nd floor. Before our reno was about to get started we were introduced to our Project Manager - Robert. From the beginning he was fantastic. Took care of all our needs. He's very practical. Made some suggestions that we'd never even think of and even helped us come in under budget. The trades people he brought in were also great. It was like working with a friend. Norseman hires great people. Ezad is a wonderful project manager which is excellent at handling all the stakeholders and communicating with the contractors.

Our project ended on a high note because of Ezad, our project manager. I was a very difficult client as I was 7 months pregnant when we started the project and 4 months post-pregnant upon completion. Ezad was responsive, honest, kind, and listened to all of my concerns. If I didnt like something or changed my mind (which happened often), he did not flinch. He often responded, What is going to make you happy? This is every womans dream question! Especially an emotional pregnant woman! Ezads commitment and dedication to our project resulted in a beautiful and functional forever home. Thank you Ezad!

I recently had my garage renovated by Norseman Construction. Project manager Robert was excellent to work with - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and diligent about keeping the project on schedule. All the trades Norseman brought in to work on the project were also very professional. Had a great experience during the design phase as well, working with Bryan and Shahid.
