Called Cozy World for a new high efficiency furnace and spoke with Boris. He came out to the house to provide me with an estimate and to match the correct size furnace for the home. Boris took his time to review the options with me. A month later I called Boris back to have the work done. Boris remembered our meeting and scheduled the install a couple of days later, Boris's team arrived and completed the install. They took great care removing the old beast that lived in my basement, and left the area just as clean as they met it, if not cleaner.
