Alarm system and monitoring services
They took my existing equipment out and did not explain that their equipment is for rent only, so when I sold the house with the "alarm system" - I had to hire people to install one. They make you to sign 3 year contract - so if you move to another city or in other words you no longer require the service - bad luck - you have to repay to the rest of the term. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away ... there are much better companies on the market.

I do regret that your experience with Trilex was not to your satisfaction. I have consulted our records to ensure accuracy. Our records show that we replaced the old system in your house with a new one. Entering into an agreement is the only way alarm companies amortize the initial investment. The system becomes the property of the client after fulling the term of the agreement. There is no record of any complaints about the service. I have also reviewed our email exchange and confirmed that I personally offered you a reasonable resolution and substantially reduced your penalty and that you sent me a thank you email.
