Diana and her team were great! I hired Dima Cleaning Services for a deep clean and they did a fabulous job. I have two young toddlers in the house and they did a good job working around all the clutter in the house (eg toys, books, cribs, etc.). They brought all of their own cleaning supplies and tools and left the house sparkling clean. Id definitely recommend them and I plan to rehire!

Pleurat from Pro Plumbing was quick to respond to my request for plumbing help and called me to learn more about the issue. I had a noisy circulator pump attached to my hot water storage tank. He took the time to understand the issue and then made a couple of quick suggestions to try to fix the issue on my own and save money. His suggestion worked and I ended up saving $500 (because I was planning on replacing the pump). Thank you so much for the honest advice. There are not many people out there that would do that!! I plan to use Pleurat in the future!

We had a silverfish infestation in our house (and a neighbour's house). We were finding/killing at least 5-10/day. We hired Icon Pest Control to spray the two houses. The spray was very effective at killing the silverfish. We literally found hundreds of silverfish dead along the baseboards over the next several days/weeks, so we're really happy that we called Icon Pest to deal with the issue. The person that sprayed the houses was great; he did a thorough job spraying all of the baseboards, windows and other entry points to create an invisible barrier throughout the house. I really wish we did this when we first moved into the place. I highly recommend Icon Pest Control.

I highly recommend Abraham from Multiple Choice Flooring. I hired him to replace the carpet in my rental unit and he was great to deal with from beginning to end. The carpet quality and underpadding is great (and a big improvement on what I had previously).

I hired Wow 1 day painting for a condo rental unit. I only had one week between tenants so needed to hire a professional company that could get the job done fast (with high quality). I was impressed with this company from start to finish. It was effortless to schedule a quote. I went to the website and found an available time and had Pirouz visit the place on the weekend to give me a quote. He was great to deal with and gave a fair quote. Luckily, he was able to schedule a crew to come to my place two days later! Hovig and Laurier were the painters for my job. They arrived on time and were both very professional. I’d highly recommend both of them. I had the entire condo repainted including washroom, closets. They did an excellent job. I had a lot of DIY patch jobs from previous tenants that they fixed up/smoothed out so the walls look brand new. I was very impressed! I’d highly recommend this Wow 1 Day Painting!

I'd highly recommend EDM construction for your electrical/lighting work! Travis was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He always responded very fast and provided fair quotes. Travis was very accommodating to my schedule (i.e., weekend). Travis has helped with two projects in my home: 1) Adding a new 240V circuit for an electric fireplace (I have a modern 3-story townhouse with no unfinished areas, but he was able to fish the wire discretely); and 2) Adding interior LED pot lights to the first floor. The pot lights on my 2nd floor are from the builder and they costed a fortune, but the pot lights Travis installed are a lot nicer (and cheaper). He used slim LED pot lights which look very sleek/modern. Everything was fully licensed and certified. An electrical safety inspector came by and provided a certificate. He was impressed with the wiring for the new circuit (given the location of the fireplace and no unfinished areas). Travis also visited my condo because I wanted to improve the lighting and provided some advice (since I had concrete ceilings). Thanks Travis!
