We called on Paul and his crew after moving into a new house and finding 20 years of dryer lint clogging our dryer. We booked them to come in and clean the ducts as well as the dryer. We had great service from the first phone call until the second visit from his crew. The first guy who came to check out the place noticed that our furnace had a strange setup and wanted to make sure he had a more experienced coworker come and check it out. The second guy showed up the next day and confirmed that the way it was setup meant the ducts did not need to be cleaned and in fact looked fine. They completed the dryer cleaning in short order and did not charge us for the investigation/not cleaning of the ducts, despite them still having spent the time at our place checking it out. We really appreciated the follow up call from Paul to make sure we were happy with everything, and have already recommended them to some friends.
