After replacing my furnace (due to a small fire) I thought I should have the ducts cleaned to freshen up the whole system. I was stil nervous from the fire and I wasn't sure which company to trust my ducts to. After reading through many of the reviews here, and for other companies, I felt confident in choosing The Duct Cleaning Specialists. I appreciated Paul's knowledgeable and prompt replies when trying to arrive at a convenient time for me. The cleaner, Steve, arrived at the time arranged and took the time to answer my many questions, as well as the many questions of an inquisitive 4 year old. He explained everything he was going to do, then worked competently and efficiently. When he was finished he sealed all the holes neatly. Steve was very curtious and friendly. I would definately feel comfortable recommending this company to my mother or anyone else.
